First couple of chapters

I am just getting started with the book. I like it so far. I think it is gong to be a really great book. I will read more tonight. I got to the place where Henrietta and Day are leaving the tobacco farm and moving to Baltimore to work at Bethlehem Steel. Have you started yet?

I just started reading the book and am at the point where Henrietta and Day are moving away from the tobacco farm to hopefully work at Bethlehem Steel. I think this is going to be a great book. The science may be a little confusing, i will wait and see. Have you started reading yet?

I am wondering if companies would find it useful to have a system of training template. I am thinking the template would include reference to employee orientation, on the job training, verification of needed knowledge and skills, identifying training needs and providing training.

The template would be easily applied to specific company needs and industry. Let me know your thoughts on this.

Kathy
